What will our firm do for you as your Representative?

• Meeting with client and family for initial consultation and gathering of asset/liability information of decedent
• Preparation of all estate documents, including probate, administration and voluntary administration
• Correspondence with companies in connection with liquidation and/or transfer of securities, life insurance processing and any death benefits due in estate
• Attendance at examination of safe deposit box at banking institution and inventory of same
• Preparation of all estate tax returns, accountings, fiduciary income tax returns, and maintenance of estate checking account
